- Where did the name "Obbie Dobbie" come from you ask? When I was born, my big sister Cathy at 18 months older, couldn't say Robyn so called me Obbie Dobbie instead. As my two younger sisters, Jenny and Christine, came into the family, the nick name continued. Out with the old and in with the new...
My pin cushion (which is much used I might add) has been sitting on my sewing machine/s for 19 years now - maybe it's time for a new one. No doubt, being the hoarder that I am, I won't be able to part with my old one. Oh dear....

Yes, I am a little obsessive with anything UK. I am trying to buy some Cath Kidston fabric locally without any luck but it WILL happen. Where there is a will, there is a way!!
